Our Strength and Conditioning classes are a carefully created mixture of Functional Mobility, Compound Strength Training and Fat Burning Cardio. Using a mixture of kettlebell, barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises our classes are carefully created to give you all the benefits of these movements in a safe controlled environment, coached with proper technique instructed by our qualified and caring instructors.
