Group Exercise is the best place for a new person to get started!  No matter your fitness level or experience, our instructors are ready to coach you through an incredible class.

Boxing / Kickboxing

Our Boxing / Kickboxing class is one of our favourite classes at Beyond Transformation, and it’s taught by our very own professional MMA fighter Shane Gregory, with some help from his team.

A perfect blend of fitness and kickboxing style training, it is a great way to burn calories and have heaps of fun at the same time. Get fit, lose weight and learn self-defence all in the same class – what more could you ask for?

Join us on Tuesday and Thursday for 45 minutes.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning classes are carefully created using a combination of Functional Mobility, Compound Strength Training and Fat Burning Cardio.

Using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, our classes are crafted to give you all the benefits in a safe and controlled environment, instructed by our qualified and caring instructors.

Pilates

TRX Circuit Training

Come join us on Wednesday morning for TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) Circuit Training.

TRX is a workout system that involves body weight and gravity. The TRX Circuit Training does it all: it improves muscular strength and endurance while simultaneously improving joint mobility and flexibility. Due to the unstable nature of suspension training, the exercises constantly engage your core and improve your balance.
