    Our Boxing/ Kickboxing classes are one of our favourite classes at Beyond Transformation. Taught by Professional MMA fighter Shane Gregory and his team. A perfect blend of fitness and kickboxing style training, a great way to burn calories and have heaps of fun at the same time. Get fit, lose weight and learn self-defence all in the same class.

      Of course it's hard. It's supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great.

      Growing up I was always an active kid playing every sports under the sun, rugby league, AFL, cricket, surf lifesaving, athletics you name it I did it. Focusing on football (soccer) since the age of 4, I did reach the stage of playing semi professional football here on the Gold Coast when I was 18 playing for the men’s Gold Coast team getting paid to play, flying up to cairns and Townsville to play was the dream.

      Injuries however had brought me to a roadblock with my right knee hyperextending on a regular basis even when strapped up, so I had to make a choice to give it up for the time being and find some work or potentially having a major injury, took work and training to be the best idea at the time.

      That’s when I attended one of Shane’s seminars at Beyond Transformation and started my trial there. The staff at the t

      ime and Shane himself were always there for support and pushed me to my absolute best. I have been training for Shane for about 4 years now and about a year and a half ago decided to join the team and become one of the trainers at Beyond Transformation.

      Learning of Shane has been the most rewarding experience in every aspect and has helped me with the knowledge I have today and I will never stop learning. My main focus i provide is to make you live a more comfortable lifestyle, get your energy levels rising and just being the best person you can be. The style of training I provide can scale up to brutal workouts to a workout to help you move better.

      For myself it’s the most rewarding feeling helping someone achieve their health and fitness goals. I’m motivated and committed to helping you become the best version of yourself.

    Our Strength and Conditioning classes are a carefully created mixture of Functional Mobility, Compound Strength Training and Fat Burning Cardio. Using a mixture of kettlebell, barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises our classes are carefully created to give you all the benefits of these movements in a safe controlled environment, coached with proper technique instructed by our qualified and caring instructors.

      Meet The Director of “Beyond” and Their Journey..

      Shane GregoryI started off as a young Tradie going out every weekend drinking, partying too much and was living a life which most people think of as normal or typical of young males. After an altercation one night, where i was badly beaten up. Something had to change and thats when i enrolled in my first Brazilian Jujitsu class.

      From making this shift and seeing the impact of a healthy lifestyle through physical exercise and clean eating i decided i needed a career change. After a conversation with my Mixed Martial Arts Coach Vincent Perry he suggested i become a Personal Trainer. I enrolled at the Australian Institute of Fitness and made the first step into my new life.

      After completing my course I was dedicated to help everyone into a healthier lifestyle of living. Not only did it change me as a person into understanding that when keeping active you are a more happier and healthier person.

      After 12 Months i decided i need a further challenge in life and whilst training my clients I undertook intense training back into competitive Mixed Martial Arts with my goal to enter the Reality TV Series “The Ultimate Fighter”. Unfortunately i was unable to win my last 3 fights and even though i was very disappointed within myself i found the positive aspect. I still achieved what i set out to do with not the result i wanted but that is life. I was even more motivated now to take my Business as a personal trainer to the next level.

      Im really excited about the future and am motivated as ever to help people achieve their health and fitness goals
