What is the dumbbell goblet squat?

From a standing position hold the head of a dumbbell (vertically) close to your chest with both hands. Looking straight forward, with your shoulders back (lats engaged), your back straight, and your feet just outside of shoulder width. Move your hips backwards and squat down until both of your elbows are touching your knees.
