Serves 2


  • 1-2 tablespoons of English Black Tea or Oolong Tea
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp 100% maple syrup or raw honey


  1. Add all ingredients to your tea pot
  2. Add boiling water, let steep for 2-5 minutes
  3. For a cooler option – allow to cool to room temperature before serving it over ice and a slice of fresh lemon
